MEET OUR FOUNDER

Serena Martin brings an undeniable passion and a considerable network from her more than 15 years of work in the design, trade, and hospitality industries. For a decade, Serena directed the marketing departments for leading home décor and furnishings brands before launching 24/7 Creative Agency, a marketing consulting agency, as the natural expansion and evolution of her work.
With a diverse marketing skillset and professional work history that includes one technology company, six trade manufacturers, large-scale events and trade show production, three design firms, hospitality + casino design, visual merchandising, wardrobe + photo styling, and B2B & B2C sales.
Drawing on her considerable expertise, Serena leads a team that enables businesses large and small to clearly define and articulate their unique marketing and publicity goals. In order to elevate their business, expand their awareness, and grow their audience across a variety of channels.

Developing Personal Style

Working as a personal shopper and stylish in my 20s helped me to establish and elevate my own personal style and deepened my love for brands that design clothing for women of all sizes.
Small Town to Big City

I grew up in a very small town and have lived in some iconic cities - San Francisco, Paris, London, Orange County, San Antonio, and now reside in the furniture capital of the world, High Point, NC.
Movies & Music Videos

A little know fact, I spent 10 years of my young adult life as a break-dancer, and I trained for 2 years in Capoeta, a Brazilian dance style martial arts. Leading me to participate in competitions, movies and in music videos.
Supporting Our Industry

Volunteering is one of my passions. I love to share my expertise in marketing with non-profits, trade organizations, or charities that support education, children and families, and our design community.
Giving Back to the Community

When I’m not working for my clients, I love to devote my time to supporting charitable causes that focus on uplifting children, families, foster care, disaster relief, the LGTBQ+ community, and human rights organizations.
